Refund policy

Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agreed to these terms at the time of purchase.

Returns

Timeframe:
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your product to return it. If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions:
The returned product must be in the same condition as received, unused and in its original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, items must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process is initiated.

Exclusions:
Due to hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including underwear, lingerie, tights, and specific personal care items.

Initiating a Return:
If you wish to return a product, please send an email to commercedrp@gmail.com including your order number, reason for return, a photo of the product in case of damage, and your contact details.

Refunds

Procedure:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically within 30 days to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please first check your bank account. If the refund is still not visible, contact us at commercedrp@gmail.com.

Costs

Return Shipping Costs:
All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service (Track & Trace), as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Please note that all returns must be shipped to China. Shipping costs start from approximately €20 and are at the customer’s expense.

Exceptions

Defective or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement free of charge. If the issue occurs a second time, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Order Cancellation:
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed due to our automated processing system.
